Shipping & Delivery

Propeller Services uses New Zealand Couriers for all North Island and overnight South Island deliveries. We utilise Post Haste Couriers for a budget-consious two day service in the South Island.

Shipping is generally overnight for urban addresses in the North Island and two-day for urban addresses in the South Island. Please allow an extra day for deliveries to rural addresses.

Returns & Replacements

Incorrect Sizing/Fitments

Items ordered from Propeller Services are able to be returned for exchange or refund up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase under the following provisions:

  • The item is in new condition with no damage.
  • The item is in its' original undamaged packaging (please be considerate and attach return addresses with clear tape, and not written directly onto the packaging)
  • If the item has been trialled on a vessel, it has been thoroughly washed in fresh water (with salt-away or similar product added if possible) and dried carefully.
  • Propeller Services has been contacted prior to return of the item.
  • Items retuned with damage will be eligible for a partial refund of the full purchase price, less fair and reasonable costs to effect repairs to the item 

Faulty Products

Propeller Services is bound by the Consumer Guarantees Act, and will, at its' discression, repair, replace or refund the customer for any item that has failed due to faults in manufacture or material. Please be aware that items that have been modified or used outside of their intended application will not be accepted.
